Shruti Ghatpande
Qualified as M.Sc., M.Ed ( 1st Class 1st ) Ghatpande madam is better known as "Shruti Kaku" among the students. Kaku has an experience of more than 20 years in the field of education which includes research work at IIE (Indian Institute of Education). She has worked as RA on an educational project designed to improve classroom teaching. As a team member Kaku has contributed to develop resource material and training sessions for school teachers. She is also a co-author of books based on interactive teaching.
Classroom Environment
As proprietor of Ghatpande Classes, kaku has always given something special to each batch. Even though the class is a professional coaching institute, it has a totally informal atmosphere. The teacher-student relation is based on love and care rather than on fear and punishment.
Teaching Method
Teaching is mostly interactive. A lot of student participation is sought for. For teaching science, demonstrations are conducted wherever necessary.
Class Results
Outstanding results has been the tradition of class right from the 1st batch. The students of our class are always among board toppers for Maths and Science. Almost all students score around 95% marks in these two subjects.
